Terms and Conditions of Once Upon A Time Diaper Service

Welcome to Once Upon A Diaper. We are an environmentally friendly cloth diaper service. We service Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

To begin service:
•Subscribe to our diaper service by registering for our service. To register, simply use our contact form. Please share:
• Subscription plan choice ( Newborn, Infant or Toddler)
• Email address ( you may include a PayPal address if different)
• Any additional add-on service and purchase request. ( extra diapers, reusable baby wipes etc...)
•Home address, phone number and date to begin service.

Pre-Baby                  
 ** Please note: You may request to have your New Client Kit and first week of diapers delivered as early as 2 weeks prior to baby's due date as a complimentary service!) The first week of diapers will be included in this delivery and as a complimentary Happy Birth-Day gift!
* Please inform us when your baby has arrived. At this time we can add your family to the service schedule to ensure that you have an adequate supply of fresh diapers for your new arrival.

New Client Start of Service ( any age from newborn and up.)
**On your service start date, The first week of diapers along with our complimentary delivery service and your new client kit will be delivered. The 4 week billing cycle will be billed beginning the start of service date and may be paid on or before this date.

 Prepaid Service Details:
•Subscription prepayments are available and billed in increments of 3 months or more of service.  Payment may be made in 3, 6, or 12 month increments. Prepaid service will be subjected to a non-refundable policy.
3 months = 6 weeks non-refundable payment.
6 months - 12 months =  3 months non-refundable payment.

3 month service will include 1 weeks free service
6 month service will include  2 weeks free service.
12 month service will include 4 weeks free service.

Pricing for prepaid service:

3 months = $330 
6 months = $660
12 months = $1440

                  


Subscription Billing Cycle and Information:

•Our service subscription is billed by the month. Payment will be taken before the day of the start of your service or upon the first delivery of the month.
• Payment may be made by PayPal, Debit or Credit Card via PayPal ( PayPal is a FREE and secure online banking and shopping service,) local check ( Please note that returned checks will result in a $50.00 fee to cover banking charges.) or cash upon delivery.
• The first month of service (4 weeks) is non-refundable.
•An invoice will be emailed to you at the beginning of each 4 week billing cycle.
